OCI8 mode required, but OCI7 mode used on query using Oracle 21c

After migrating to Oracle 21c,my PL/SQL Version 13.0.6.1911 (64 bit) refuses to execute a query that worked fine on 12c,18c and 19c.

This happens with InstantClient 12.2 and 19.1 64 bits Clients.

Can you connect to the database, go to Help > Support Info, and send the text from the "Info" tab page to support@allroundautomations.com?

Like to ge the fix as well as we face the same issue with 21c.
DOA 4.1.3.5 for Delphi RIO.
