Error window has an option "Don't show this message again". I accidentaly checked this option now i don't get error window and I don't have an option to see error stack.
How do I turn this window back on?

You can go to Preferences > User Interface / Options, press the "DSA Dialogs" button, and remove the following line:

ViewStackDump=n
