The "Compare Table Data" function should tolerate tables with Lob columns. Not being able to compare those tables is a major annoyance.
I hope that you then also compares the lob data, but if it can't be done, there are maybe other ways to solve this partially, without the lob data.
You can give a warning, or only allow "update' and 'delete'.
