Is there any way to backup Fixed Users when changing computer?

I copied the default.ini and user.prefs but fixed users got lost.

That should have done it. You can however simply copy the fixed user text, save it to a text file, and paste it on the new computer.

Yes, I know but yesterday I had no access to the old computer. And I thought it should be straightforward. I opened both files in old computer and I cannot see any information of my fixed users.
