I have downloaded the latest version of PLSQLDOC but when I run the setup script it just says Installation Failed!
We are currently using version 1.1.6
Are there any different procedures for upgrading rather than installing from scratch?

make sure you dont have plsql developer running in the background...

Doh!
We have it installed on the network so even though I wasnt in it someone else must have been becuase I have come in early this morning and it installed first time.
