Sometimes while debugging sourcecode (SQL+PL/SQL) the developer gets stuck, the sessions (both the main and the debuggging one) do nothing. The only way out is to terminate the debugging process (by pressing cross on the upper right corner, "red lightning" button doesn't help). But if you do sometimes you can't initiate a new debugging session. Even if you press to disconnect from all the sessions and connect back again it doesn't help. The only solution is to start over in the new instance of PL/SQL Developer, reopening all windows and copying test scripts and params. This is very annoing.
