After upgrading to version 11, PL/SQL developer ignores all of my recovery files in the temp\pls-recovery folder.

Looking in sysinternals' process monitor, PL/SQL Developer is now looking in \AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer\PLS-Recovery, not temp. Is this intentional, and if so, shouldn't the installer copy the files from the old location to the new?

This is intentional and good change.

I don't think the installer should migrate recovery files. But it should warn you if it finds any and let you cancel the installation.

I can't think why it wouldn't, but I get why others would think it shouldn't. If it's going to check and warn me, though, I don't see the harm in just copying the files over.
