Wish to Program Window Editor

Test case:
We have 2 schemes: DFO, QRM. Packages in them: DFO.common, QRM.common (yes, names are equal) and QRM.pack1. Log in as DFO, open package QRM.pack1, Ctrl+Right_Mouse_Click on text "... common.proc(...) ..." (no scheme scecified in call!). Then PLSD opens DFO.common !
Wish to have Oracle behaviour: to open a QRM.common in that case.

How do you open package QRM.pack1 when connected as DFO? From the file system or from the database (from the Object Browser)?
