I would like a new file type for the New functions. It should be a plain text file called something like Note or Scratch Pad, etc.
I would like to be able to dock the window with this type of file to the bottom of the area where the other files are opened and its window should have tabs for multiple files. When undocked it should be able to behave like the Describe and Properties windows (full display or just the title bar).
