Has anyone had trouble getting Query Reporter to run on WinNT Ver 4 SP6 ? It installs fine, but every time I try to connect I get:

ORA-12154: TNS: Could not resolve service name.

I also use SQLPLUS 8.0, so I am sure my tnsnames.ora file is OK.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps you have Multiple Oracle Homes? If so, the Primary Oracle Home may not know the service name you have specified. To change the Primary Oracle Home, use the Oracle Home Selector (a standard Oracle utility).
