Window List Order

I'm searching for some plug-in that lets me sort/arrange the windows in the window list.
I've read about wlist, but I can't find it over the web.
Thanks for suggestions.

The wlist Plug-In is incompatible with the current PL/SQL Developer version, and is no longer supported by the 3rd party author.

The only way to rearrange the window list items is to drag & drop them.

I would love to rearrange the window list by drag & drop'ing, but it doesn't do anything.
Is it some enhancement not mentioned at the "PL/SQL Developer 7.1 - New Features" page? Or am I missing something?

Note: I have version 7.0 and my license doesn't allow 7.1 update.

This is indeed new in 7.1.
