Where is the plugin development documentation?

Hello, I am trying to download the documentation that shows how to develop plugins, but I can't seem to find it. It used to be a pdf file, it had examples of code and the API etc etc. I am using plsqldeveloper 10.0.5 so what ever is valid for that version. (It is probably right on the plugin page - but for some reason my eyes just don't recognize it!)

Can you find the folder PlugInDoc in your PL/SQL Developer folder? There you should be able to find the documentation.

Now I know how I must have found it so easily on the older computer. Appears this new PC I am given has a very minimal install. (I know it's legit, I had a key to register when I first used it). I guess I'll have to talk to someone here about this, thanks.
