Where/how do I get updates? (Have 3.3.2, need 3.4.2 for use with Rubicon)

I have a development environment with DOA 3.3.2 installed and working fine under Delphi 4. I just added Rubicon and need to update DOA to 3.4.2 as that is the version used in some Rubicon packages. For the life of me I can't seem to find where I can get the update.
