They put the latest version where you normally download it. Just download it again just like you did the original 5.1.4 version, install it and you will notice the version is updated.
I can see that it's confusing since they don't have the full version number - they list 5.1.4 instead of 5.1.4.730 or whatever. I think that it would be helpful if they did so we could tell when to update for minor fixes.
