Where are connection Recovery files saved

Please help, am losing my saved PL/SQL sessions recovery files every time my computer reboots. Am aware, the files (e.g. files 13590.CFG, 13590 zip, 13590.002, 13590.003,13590.004 ...) are stored on "C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 14\PLS-Recovery\. On my new computer, these files are getting deleted every time my computer reboots therefore I have to re-populate all the last opened windows. (at least 10 windows for 8 different database connections)
Are these files being saved any where other than this location? Because on my old computer, it prompt me if I want to recover from the last saved history?
I work with at least 8 databases in one session and it is very frustrating having to manually re-populate all the last opened windows.
Many thanks for your help.

If I could make this a lot simpler explaining the issue. My recovery files are not being saved any more. I can see new files created for every session but it disappears after reboot. How can I force saved these files automatically. Already autosave desktop is checked in preference.
