What pl needs to be changed - imaginary lines feature

A few years ago I posted twice on this forum what the pl needed to contain. And you said that it would be future versions, but it goes by year after year and nothing to put the resource of imaginary lines that shows where the pl block opens and closes. This feature already old in oracle toad. This feature is more important than certain changes that have been placed in recent years.
