What is the latest DOA version that supports BCB3?

I am currently using DOA 4.0.7, and am running into SQL error "cannot be NULL" with Oracle 11.2 XE. With earlier versions of Oracle (10 thru 11.1), the exact same code has no problem. Reviewing other forum messages suggests that upgrading to DOA 4.1 may solve this problem.

If 4.1 is available for BCB3, then I would like to try upgrading, to see if that does indeed fix my problem. I would also need to know the upgrade cost (4.0.7 -> 4.1) in US dollars.

4.0.7 may also be used with BCB5 and BCB6. Not sure if that would affect the upgrade cost.

The latest version for BCB3 is Direct Oracle Access 4.1.1. You can upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 by purchasing an Annual Service Contract for USD 50 per license.
