Way to run report from command line?

I was wondering if there was a way to create a report, and then execute it using a cron job with PHP or something. On a immediately related note, would that affect the licensing terms if I were to allow, say, an apache user to run reports (and nothing else)? (essentially I'd have some call-specific-report.php that would run one specific report, maybe at the same time every day, or on demand if I had a web form) - well, the premise is that this is possible in the first place. Also I haven't really tried out Reports either, so for all I know it can't make the kind of report I'm envisioning anyway

Sorry if this was already answered in the manual, I'm still reading through it. I'm still pretty new to SQL in general.

Reports can only be executed from a Windows client or server environment. There is a freeware standalone Query Reporter tool with command-line options available:
