Long time ago I have set my own browser filter and made it default.
This filter used to show me all objects, owned by several important schemas. However, since recently I have to change selected user from to every time I connect.

I would like to have opportunity to choose selected user on per-filter basis,
or global option, or '' as default.

Also, please consider adding option to Owner combo-box items, in the 'Find Database Objects' dialog, because now I have to type '%' in the combo-box, which is not intuitive.

I am on v.9.0.1 now.

If you go to Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Object Browser you can select as the "Default user selection".

I have added your option for the "Find Database Objects" tool to the list of enhancement requests. That does indeed make sense.
