Viewing Package bodies owned by another schema

We are using Oracle 10g and developer 8.0.3.1510. I am trying to view a package body in the object window that belongs to another schema and see no package bodies available for selection. What rights must our DBA provide my user id to enable viewing a package body owned by another schema?

select select_catalog_role to "user";
in PSD perferences check "Use DBA Views if available" under options
