View SQL in Edit Table

How can I change View SQL or Export User Objects (Tables) to do UPPERCASE for the CREATE and ALTER statements and lowercase for table_names and column_names?

It is currently not possible to control the format of the generated DDL.

Is this still not a feature in PL/SQL Developer 10? Why wouldn't it apply the same rules as in other screens such as the Editor or the PL/SQL Beautifier options?
