View All Open Queries

I have two PCs both
PL/SQL Developer
Version 5.1.2.687 (MBCS)
01.0893 - Unlimited user license
Windows 2000 version 5.0 (build 2195) Service Pack 3

On both I formerlt saw in the bottom left corner of the screen [ below templates ] a listing of all open queries.

On one "I did something" to remove them which I didn't realize would be permentant [ but was ]. What need I do get this capability back?

Tools -> Browser (make sure there's a check mark)

Tools -> Window Lilst (make sure there's a check mark)
