Vertical scrolling stutters

Hi,

I am having some trouble with vertical scrolling (within Program window, for example), namely: while dragging the thumb with the mouse, the content of the window does not update instantly, so I have to stop often to realize where I am.


I think it is slowing down for those yellow labels 'Line ###' could be displayed.
I am almost sure, that the scrolling was smooth before. Can it be I have tampered with some options?
Any other ideas?

I don't think anything has changed or that there are any options that might affect this. Can you let me know your exact PL/SQL Developer version?

Sorry, I believe I've tracked it down. It was a DimScreen "utility", helping to control the screen brightness (by intercepting all painting events, I guess). Obviously, DimScreen just cannot cope with all the events, PLSQLDev generates. It's sad, I've started to like the utility.

Apparently, I had to post in the forum for the surmise to come. ;-)
