Version Control (VCS) Plugin for 64-bit?

Is there a version of the generic Version Control plug-in available for 64-bit (i.e. PL/SQL Developer v12)?

We do not yet have a 64 bit version for the VCS Plug-In.

Do you have a 64 bit Version Control System?

Our VCS isn't 64-bit, only PL/SQL Developer and Oracle client.

I tried installing the current VCS plug-in to the 64-bit Developer and it didn't seem to work. I didn't piece together that they all have to run the same to connect.
