Version 10: Large icons in toolbar

After upgrade to version 10 icons in toolbar become small and option Customize->Ooptions->Large icons is unchecked and... disabled. How to change this option? Small icons are ugly

The icons are the exact same size, but the clickable button area is smaller. We're looking into an option to control the size.
