We are running PL/SQL Developer, version 6.0.5.931, and we just installed the Version Control plug-in, version 1.2 with VSS. We also have 3 versions of our database - development, test, and production. If we check out an object for development and then try to apply those changes to test, it won't let us because it thinks the object is checked out by another user. Is there some type of setting we can change that will let us check the object out once, but then apply those changes to any of our instances.

I'm not sure I understand. How do you "apply those changes to test"?
