vcs plug-in enhancement request

Two quick enhancement requests for the VCS add-on...

First, in the VCS menu, it would be nice to have a "refresh project" menu item. This is for when other developers add files to the project I have open, they become available in my view. Currently I do not see a way to do this outside of closing PL/SQL Developer and re-logging into the VCS project.

Second, on the check-in file, it would be beneficial to have a "check-in, keep locked" option. This is available through the tool's UI. Useful for the occasional check-ins throughout the day, but still working the code.

BTW- using StarTeam 5.2 with Microsoft's SCC Interface for that product, PL/SQL Developer 5.2, and VCS add-on 1.07, all works well!

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests. Note however that the VCS file dialog has a "Refresh files" button at the upper right of the window that performs this function.

Second, on the check-in file, it would be beneficial to have a "check-in, keep locked" option.

I have added this to the enhancement requests as well. I'm not sure if the SCC Interface specification exposes this functionality, but we can always perform the 2 operations.
