VCS configuration tutorial

Hi,

I'm using v 7.1 and want to integrate PL/SQL - running on WinXP - against CVS 1.11.22 on UNIX HP-UX 11.23

What I've read so far - add-on is installed, "Igloo" SCC interface (only works on Win16) doesn't allow me to connect to the server.

Can someone please direct me to a recent post where this is explained or write a simple checklist of how to configure PL/SQL in order to get this working.

The problem is that it is not really a PL/SQL Developer configuration issue. It is a CVS configuration.
