Guys,
is anybody having problems with VCS in V7? I successfully installed everything, but VCS preferences shows no systems available. I'm successfully using VisualSourceSafe on this box with Eclipse, so MSVSC is OK.
Marco, thank you very much for this product - I finally convinced our bosses to upgrade to version 7 and I'm really happy! Your product is definitely the best!!!!! TOAD is nothing in comparison with your product - honestly!

All SCC Providers should be listed in the following registry section:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SourceCodeControlProvider\InstalledSCCProviders

Can you verify this?

And thanks for the compliments :)

Marco - thanks for reply! And these were not compliments - just facts :-)
I checked - and there was no such an entry at all. But I can successfully use MSVSS directly by starting it or through Eclipse IDE. I tried to create these entries manually by copying from working box. MSVSS is now part of drop down list in preferences, but when I try to open any project - it crashes (I have vss.log if you need). I'm sure something is wrong with VSS but cannot figure out what.

You cannot manually create entries. The VCS Plug-In requires that an SCC Interface is installed on your PC. This SCC Interface is an option of the SourceSafe installation named "Enable SourceSafe Integration". Without this option, tools cannot integrate with SourceSafe.
