VCS and Team Coherence

We have an existing Team Coherence version control system and I have just installed and configured the VCS plugin to work with this.

I can only see the project directory and files in it, i.e. i cant see any sub folders.

When i open a project I can select a sub folder and again this only lets me see the files in that folder, not any sub folders.

Any sugestions?

I'm not familiar with Team Coherence, but it would seem that these are subprojects and not actual subdirectories. Can you confirm this?

The Microsoft SCC Interface Specification supports controlled subdirectories, but not subprojects.
