v9 - unwanted connection at project opening

Config:
Session mode: multi session
Multi connetion : do not allow multiple connections

action: open plsqldev and cancel logon connection [ESC]
result: plsqldev opened and not connected, no child window, OK

action: open project where option "connect when prj opened" is unchecked
result: plsqldev connects itself anyway, KO !

same issue comes when last opened project is automatically opened

 

Another issue regarding this magic behavior is that one can execute sql in sql wondow but the object explorer says that we are not connected, the only way to get "fully" connected is to log on again.
