V9 - "Change Window to" reverts connection to main connection

Hi,

Let us say I have a window with a connection A and my main connection is B. If I then change the window editor type using context menu "Change Window to" the connection of the window reverts silently to the main connection B.

Would it not be better to have the window connection stay as is in all cases, except when you explicitly ask it to change?
