When you do a "Find in Project" but have files that no longer exist in your project, you get an "Unexpected error" window. Even when you click that window away, the find is still running and you cannot do anything in this PSD windows instance anymore and are forced to kill it then.

It should be easy to detect no longer existing files in your project items, but in any case they should never cause you trouble like this.
I have sent the plsqldev.elf file via email.
