v13 save file dialog display on application deactivate

Hi there.
Save file dialog is shown every time may application looses focus. It happens with both save file dialog configurations. Any idea to resolve that issue?

Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info and send me the text from the "Info" tab page?

Can you also send me 2 screenshots (before + after) to visualize this?
