v13: Crash when just exiting!

When I just close the new released PL/SQL Developer Version 13.0.0.1882 (64 bit) it crashes!
I have sent you again the created plsqldev.elf file via e-mail.

This seems to be the same problem as already reported in Beta 9:https://forums.allroundautomations.com/ubb/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=59171#Post59171

We have not yet been able to reproduce this, but we'll continue to look into this.

This issue is most likely related to corruption of the connection definitions, that could occur in the 13.0 beta and possibly also in version 12.0 when using many (more than 300) connection definitions.

In this specific case the problem was resolved by copying the settings file (%APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer 12\%USERNAME%\user.prefs) from version 12.0 to 13.0.
