v13.0.3 not using the defined Directories...

I installed v13.0.3 a couple of days ago, and I just noticed that, when I go to open a SQL script or program file, it is defaulting to a directory on my C drive, rather than the defined directory for SQL Scritps and Program Files that is deep on my D drive.

Any idea why the defined directories in the settings might not be used?

The preference controls the default directory when PL/SQL Developer is started. If you open a SQL file or program file from a different directory, that directory will be the default when you next open a file. After restarting PL/SQL Developer, the preference will control the default directory again.

Can I ask for an enhancement - a setting that will force PL/SQL Developer to always start looking in the defined directories for each file type, rather than the last directory a file of that type was opened from or saved to?
