I think I've found a minor (but annoying) bug on the Export/Import Preferences window.
When you open the Import tab on that window, all the Options checkboxes (Colors, Fonts, etc) are checked.
When you click Select file... then return with a filespec, all those checkboxes are now Unchecked. So you can't click the Import button, because it's disabled.
If you click the Check All button or the individual options, nothing happens. You can't get those options checked again until you move to the Export tab, then return to the Import tab.

I'm running PSD 12.0.2.1818 (64 bit) on Windows 10.
