v11: task bar behaviour worse than in v10

In v11 the behaviour of PL/SQL Developer (PSD) instances in the windows task bar has gotten worse:

• It happens quite frequently that later opened instances manage to find their way to the left in the task bar, where usually the earlier started programs are located. This happened in v10 already too, but a lot less.
  
• During certain PSD actions it happens in v11 that an instance in task bar splits and later on reunites. I never noticed such behaviour in v10.

Both effects create an irritating and confusing user experience and therefore need to be fixed soon.

Do you have more than one shortcut to start PL/SQL Developer?

No, I only use one shortcut to start PL/SQL Developer (PSD).
To be more flexible and faster I start with an empty Dummy-project and with nologon via command line parameter there and select the project I really want to open from within PSD then.
