Starting application but getting:

Apparently C:\Oracle\product\12.1.0.2\instantclient64\oci.dll cannot be loaded. Can you run SQL*Plus from the same Instant Client directory to verify that it is working properly? If you do not have SQL*Plus installed for your Instant Client, you can download the corresponding add-on package from Oracle's Instant Client download page.
 
Sorry, cannot get control on remote user machine yet. Hope, it will be tested shortly today.

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer.

Looking for solution...
 
You will need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. The Oracle12c Instant Client requires this library, but does not include it.
