Using VCS Plugin with Team Foundation Server

I want to use VCS plugin with TFS source control. Can you please give me the steps to use this. I have VS 2005 installed on my machine and TFS 2010 on the server.

You will need to install the MSSCCI provider for TFS. This will allow SCC compliant applications like PL/SQL Developer with VCS Plug-In to access TFS.
