User selector where clause

On "Object Browser" page in "Preferences" I found option "User selector where clause for sys.all_users view".
Should not this clause be affected in all places (Find Database Objects, Compile Invalid Objects, Export Objects, Compare Objects...) where we have select from sys.all_users view?
If this is not a bug, it would be great if such an option appeared...
