uploading of data and refernce document

please let me inform how i should i upload the data from excel to database and vice versa..

please forward me the refernce document like how to use ths software.

You can use the ODBC Importer tool for this, if you have a proper Excel ODBC driver installed.

Alternatively you can save your Excel file in CSV format, and use the Test Importer tool.
