Updates & news don't shows information for new versions

When clinck over 'Check Online update...' shows me my information but does not show me the latest versions.
It seems that it is not able to connect to the server, although it does not show any error and shows ? in Status column and 'Checking for new updates...Done' at bottom of window.

That may be happening?

Hi,
I'm running version 12.0.1.1814 and it appears to work correctly.
Are you behind a firewall blocking external access to sites?
