I am having an issue running a query that returns CLOB's. I get the error message, "A query with LOB's requires OCI8, but OCI7 mode is used." I have found a couple of fixes on here but can not access them. I am running version 5.1.2.687 of PL/SQL developer and need to update to 5.1.5 at least from what I have found and read but how?
