unicode supporting?

I need to handle korean/chinese/english in win2000 samely.

I have read many topics throughout SEARCH but I couldn't find out which version of pl/sql developer supports unicode.

(cf. my current version is 6.0.0.840 22.191732 unlimited)

And I know my company(LG CNS) buy unlimited license. Is it possible to download unicode-supporting pl/sql developers freely without any
further payment?

There is currently no unicode support in the result grid. You will need to explicitly use a korean, chinese or english character set.
