Unicode support in Compare Table Data

I'd like to enhance the Compare Table Data utility to support NVARCHAR2 columns. Currently, question marks are inserted instead of every character that does not have an equivalent in the DB character set (this is the result of conversion from NVARCHAR2 to VARCHAR2).
