Earlier today I selected File / Open / Command File and tried to run a SQL script to create or replace two package bodies in an Oracle instance. When I tried to run it, PL/SQL developer returned with the error:
Unexpected Error. Invalid Floating Point Operation.
I was able to work around this by closing almost everything that I had open on my PC and rerunning. I didn't have that many processes / applications open - 7 maybe.
Is there a fix for this other than the work around? Thanks.
11.2.0.3 instance (server side)
Oracle client 10.2.0.1
PL/SQL Developer version 10.5.0.1710
XP Professional 5.1 Build 2600 (Service Pack 3)
Physical memory 2 GB
Paging file 4 GB
VM 2 GB
Multi session
Use OCI7 False
Multiple Connections - True
Unexpected Error. Invalid Floating Point Operation.
