Currently, if "User Interface > Options > Autosave Desktop" is inactive in the preferences, projects also don't open their assigned items automatically after opening a project.
This should be unbound, because it's a valid workflow to not automatically open the project/items of the last PSL/SQL Developer usage, but when explicitly opening a project to work on, its items should all be "auto-opened".
