Unable to login into PLSQL Developer

When I open PLSQL Developer,a pop message comes saying Failed to set data for "".After which I am unable to perform any operations,all connections to the database are lost.
Request you please provide some inputs.

Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
