unable to add items to user defined folder

I can defined a folder and make it a child of the Views folder.
I don't see it appearing in the "add to folder" context menu when I right-click on an item and dragging an item from Views into the subfolder does not work either. All items belong to the same schema and that's the schema I'm logged in as with admin rights.
Any suggestions? I'm on v7.1.1.4.1389 against OraXE 10.2

This does indeed seem like a bug. We'll fix it.
